Brief
Flux was engaged by the marketing department at ElectraNet to generate ideas for a staff engagement program. One of our many ideas was to collaborate with ElectraNet employees on the creation of a wall mural which communicates the company’s new business purpose statement “Energy and infrastructure solutions for a better world”.
Research
In partnership with ElectraNet marketing, Flux organised and conducted two workshops, the first designed to encourage employee participation in the form of stencil ideas and development. Team members of the Safety, People & Technology division at ElectraNet contributed to the ideas use to create the stencils. The second workshop was recorded in a series of photos compiled in the video above. The two teams came together again to apply the creative ideas to a nice big blank wall inside the ElectraNet premises.
Solution
The result is a colourful mural which represents the connection between the daily efforts of the Safety, People & Technology team and ElectraNet’s business purpose.
