Brief
Mister Sunshine’s is a popular, quirky café situated in Adelaide’s western suburbs. The management team were after a refined website design that would display their menu, and allow them to reduce the customer inquiry load regarding their retail and function services.
Research
Aesthetically, Mister Sunshine’s has a range of mismatched vintage furniture and décor which creates a bright and welcoming feel to the café. The aim was to translate this look and feel into the web design, combined with a simple navigation system that would make the website more approachable and user friendly for customers and clients.
Solution
The final web design draws inspiration from many different quirky features of the café, including a logo derived from the café’s exterior walls and contemporary photographic images taken on site. The navigation system clearly separates the different avenues of services and provides clear information and inquiry forms for each of these.
